This is the second time I've booked a tour with bikethebest, and I'm absolutely thrilled! In 2016, I did a guided tour on a Harley, and this year, I did a self-guided tour in a Ford Mustang convertible.
From the initial quote to everything related to a trip to America, everything was simply perfect! The selection of hotels was excellent. Here, too, our wishes were taken into account, and the tour was optimized or improved with a few tips from Micky.
The road book was really well-made and clearly laid out. It contained all the documents you'd need for the trip. Documents for the flight, hotels, helicopter flight, basically everything booked through bikethebest. It also included route suggestions for each day's stage.
A particularly spectacle of nature, Hurricane Hilary, caused some disruption to this year's tour at short notice. A big thank you again to Micky, who, even though it was Sunday in Germany and we absolutely didn't expect a response, took care of the cancellation of the hotel in Los Angeles and also booked two alternative hotels. This is the sixth (imaginary) star of the Google review.
If another trip to the USA is planned, it will be booked again with bikethebest!
First self-guided tour. The tour organization by the bikethebest team was excellent. The motorcycle pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. The booked hotels were very good and in ideal locations.
All in all, another thoroughly successful trip.
