Ladies Ride Arizona

11 Days – Exclusive Guided Arizona Tour

This tour is exclusively for girls who love chilling, cruising, cocktails, and more. Ladies only – that's our motto as we explore Arizona on Harleys, just the girls. The focus is on a travel experience tailored to us, a fun ride with all the comforts. From Las Vegas, along Route 66 to southern Arizona, you'll experience the true Wild West over 11 days and 1,400 miles. Among other things, we'll relax at a ranch and even swap saddles for a ride through the cactus desert like John Wayne.

Day 1: Las Vegas
Arrival in Las Vegas: Casinos, shows & nightlife await you. Welcome to Las Vegas, the birthplace of all gambling paradises. After Micky and Alex pick you up at the airport, we'll relax by the pool before heading to the Strip. Even on the drive, we'll be captivated by the overwhelming sea of lights from the casinos and the gigantic illuminated displays. Passing famous and classic casinos like Caesar's Palace and the Bellagio, as well as the modern Cosmopolitan and others, we'll travel along Las Vegas Boulevard, or simply "The Strip."

Day 2: Las Vegas
Today is all about settling in. We'll combat jet lag and the time difference with a few cocktails by the pool. This afternoon we'll head to some of the biggest factory outlet stores in Vegas, before heading out to a show, the casino, or one of the city's cool clubs this evening.

Day 3: Las Vegas – Oatman – Lake Havasu approx. 180 miles – 289 km
In the morning, we'll pick up the bikes. Your luggage will go into the support vehicle along with the cold drinks for the ride. We'll ride for about 15-20 minutes on the city highway before turning onto the quieter highway towards Oatman. Oatman was founded around 1908. A real boom ensued, as gold was discovered here. Arriving in Oatman, it takes your breath away; it's incredible that people live in these dilapidated wooden shacks. Restoration efforts are certainly limited, yet a few individualists live here, appreciating the peace and solitude.

Wild donkeys, called "burros," roam freely in the town. They are descended from pack donkeys that were once set free by their owners. Every day they come to Oatman to beg for food and are thus a local attraction. We briefly travel through California before continuing south into Arizona to Lake Havasu. This small town on the Colorado River is home to the famous monument and landmark, the London Bridge. This bridge was built in London in 1831 and sold in the 1960s to an oil baron who had it rebuilt 15,000 km away in Arizona. Overnight stay in Lake Havasu.

Day 4: Lake Havasu – Scottsdale approx. 220 miles – 354 km
Today we cross the Mojave Desert, lined with sagebrush, cacti, and Joshua trees, to Wickenburg. Here we should definitely stop and try the Mexican cuisine at the famous "Anita's Cucina." Following Highway 74 through wild saguaro cacti and Joshua tree forests, we arrive in Scottsdale in the afternoon, where our private villa awaits us for the night.

Days 5 & 6: Scottsdale
We're exploring the diversity of Arizona from our base in Scottsdale. No need to pack and unpack suitcases. Our destination for the day is the Prescott Valley with its numerous winding roads. The next day, we shouldn't miss the Apache Trail and the legendary biker bar, Tortilla Flat. A beautiful, newly paved road that brings you even closer to the multifaceted nature of Arizona.

Day 7: Scottsdale – Tucson approx. 130 miles – 209 km
On our journey into the Wild West, not far from the Mexican border, the landscape becomes increasingly bizarre. Endless expanses, bordered by gigantic cacti, enhance our tour to Doc Holliday and OK Coral, where the famous gunfight once took place. A brief stop in Florence, south of Phoenix, before we set up camp for the next two days at the White Stallion Ranch, a blend of Wild West horse ranch and comfortable luxury. Overnight stay at the ranch in Tucson.

Day 8: Tucson – Tombstone – Tucson approx. 142 miles – 228 km
Today we're getting an early start for everyone wanting to switch saddles. At 7:00 AM, we're off on the Breakfast Ride, through the saguaro cacti into Saguaro National Park. The ride is very peaceful and no problem at all, even for beginners, but it's a fantastic experience. After breakfast, we'll guide you to Tombstone. This small, historic Western town, where one of the largest silver deposits in the USA was discovered in 1877, beckons with the charm of the early pioneers. The silver boom captivated thousands of prospectors, and the gambling halls, brothels, and bars that still exist today sprang up like mushrooms back then. Gunfights and Western shows with horses and carriages are a typical sight here.

At Big Nose Kate's Saloon, Micky was already waiting at the bar with his bike! In the evening, we let the impressions sink in around the campfire. Overnight stay at the ranch in Tucson.

Day 9: Tucson – Carefree (approx. 150 miles)
After breakfast, we head back to the Phoenix area. Our destination is the beautiful Civana Resort in Carefree, where we can finally relax by the pool. In the evening, we'll rock out at the "Hideaway Bar," known as "the biker bar of the West," with live music. This unique saloon is run by Marc, who attracts bikers from the metropolis of Phoenix every weekend. Join us today! Overnight stay at the Civana Resort.

Day 10: Carefree – Las Vegas approx. 285 miles – 458 km
Today's trip will be a bit longer, so we're setting off early towards Las Vegas. Just before Vegas, we'll stop at the famous Hoover Dam. At 221 meters, it's the second tallest dam in the USA and tames the Colorado River with its 175 km long reservoir. In the evening, we'll really let loose. A final shopping spree followed by a visit to the Commonwealth Bar on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. Old Town Las Vegas has undergone extensive renovations in recent years and now offers a different side of this crazy city with its many artists and bars.

Day 11: Return flight from Las Vegas to Germany
