On this self-guided tour, traverse the natural wonders of Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion NP, and Yosemite NP. Enjoy the absolute highlights of the West, Route 66, and Highway No. 1. Experience glittering and dazzling cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas – all these impressions are gathered on a motorcycle from the iconic Harley Davidson® brand.
Day 1 – Arrival in Las Vegas
Welcome to Las Vegas! After your arrival at the airport, you'll make your own way to the Strip. Begin your first stroll through the casinos and let yourself be enchanted by the glittering world of Las Vegas.

Day 2 – Las Vegas – Death Valley (approx. 224 km/139 miles)
After your first night on American soil, you'll set off in the morning to pick up your bikes. Then you'll begin your first trip north, following the shores of Lake Mead towards Overton Beach. You'll ride west through the Valley of Fire, Nevada's oldest and largest state park, to Red Rock Canyon. From there, you'll continue along Highway 160 through Parhump and Amargosa Valley to your hotel in Death Valley.

Day 3 – Death Valley – Mammoth Lakes (approx. 328 km/203 miles)
Today you'll leave the driest national park in the USA. From there, you'll continue to Mammoth Lakes with its hot springs. Here, after today's hike, you can swim in the bubbling hot volcanic springs, enjoy nature, and relax. Or you can visit the Devils Postpile Monument, about 15 miles away, a unique geological natural wonder of the USA.

Day 4 – Mammoth Lakes – Yosemite NP (approx. 110 km/68 miles)
Continue your journey to one of the most popular national parks in the USA. The park, with its beauty and diversity, offers magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada, Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, and the valley. Another highlight is a loop trail through the Giant Sequoia Forest, home to ancient, towering trees. After an eventful day, spend the night in or near the park.
Day 5 – Yosemite NP – San Francisco (approx. 307 km/190 miles)
The journey takes you through former gold rush country to San Francisco. This world-famous, fascinating Californian metropolis awaits your discovery! Here you'll spend two days enjoying one of America's most beautiful cities.

Day 6 – Experience San Francisco
Visit the Fisherman's Wharf waterfront district with Pier 39 or Alcatraz Island in the bay, the former maximum-security prison. A ride on one of the cable cars is a wonderful experience. Take a trip across the famous Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, the Italian part of the city, where you can enjoy excellent meals at charming restaurants right on the waterfront. The city has much to offer: Chinatown, numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and shopping malls ensure there's never a dull moment.

Day 7 – San Francisco – Monterey/Carmel – Pismo Beach (approx. 384 km/238 miles)
The famous coastal road – Highway 1 – leads through Monterrey to Pismo Beach. Visit Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf in Monterrey and enjoy the views of the rugged coastline from the 17-Mile Drive. Near San Simeon, you have the option of a detour to Hearst Castle, a castle where Hollywood stars and starlets regularly held parties in the 1920s and 30s.

Day 8 – Pismo Beach – Los Angeles (approx. 304 km/188 miles)
Today the journey continues via Ventura towards Los Angeles. A stop in Santa Barbara is worthwhile for a stroll or some shopping. Explore Los Angeles with its highlights such as Sunset Boulevard, the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, or Beverly Hills.

Day 9 – Los Angeles – Palm Springs (approx. 176 km/109 miles)
Today's leg of your journey takes you towards San Juan Capistrano via Highway 74, which winds through the Cleveland National Forest, a wonderfully curvy biker's route. Your destination for the day, Palm Springs, nestled in the desert, is an extraordinary city with exclusive restaurants and shops, a popular vacation spot for many celebrities. Palm Springs is experiencing a veritable 1950s architectural revival. In the evening, you can stroll along Palm Canyon Drive and experience an almost European-style atmosphere. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for a 14-minute ride to the summit station of Mount Jacinto (2,840 m), which offers fantastic panoramic views of the Coachela Valley.

Day 10 – Palm Springs – Kingman (approx. 395 km/245 miles)
Via Twentynine Palms and Lake Havasu City, you'll reach Kingman. In the heyday of Route 66, Kingman was an important transportation hub, and thanks to the Interstate, it still plays that role today. Mr. D'z Diner will transport you back several decades. With its movie-worthy decor and rock 'n' roll atmosphere, you can enjoy delicious burgers here. Across the street is the Route 66 Museum. A visit is worthwhile, also for a Route 66 souvenir.

Day 11 – Kingman – Flagstaff (approx. 240 km/149 miles)
Following the legendary Route 66 towards the Grand Canyon, your journey takes you to Seligman. The "Main Street of America," as Route 66 is also known, runs right through this charming town. Today, Seligman feels like stepping back in time – nostalgic, a little kitschy, and utterly endearing. Decorations and figurines from the good old days are everywhere… Long live freedom, adventure, and rock 'n' roll! The route continues through wooded streets with a touch of Alpine charm, passing through Williams, a town with many historic, protected buildings, before reaching Flagstaff. In the evening, you can enjoy one of Arizona's approximately 300 days of sunshine with a refreshing drink.

Day 12 – Flagstaff – Grand Canyon NP – Page (approx. 344 km/213 miles)
Continue your journey from the largest city in northern Arizona to another gigantic natural wonder: the Grand Canyon. The unique rock formations, carved by the Colorado River, captivate visitors year after year. A helicopter or airplane tour (bookable through us) over the Grand Canyon will be an unforgettable experience! There is also the option to visit the IMAX theater in Tusayan and the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. Continue along the rim, with several viewpoints along the way, to Page.

Day 13 – Page – Bryce Canyon NP (approx. 248 km/154 miles)
After a detour to Lake Powell and a visit to Antelope Canyon, you'll embark on today's leg of your journey. Passing through the old trading post of Kanab, you'll reach Bryce Canyon National Park. Discover this unusual and fascinating natural monument on one of the numerous hiking trails through the bizarre rock formations.

Day 14 – Bryce Canyon NP – Zion NP – Las Vegas (approx. 397 km/246 miles)
After a spectacular sunrise at Sunrise Point, you'll drive through Dixie National Forest to Zion National Park. The striking sandstone formations, canyons with stunning views, and numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the park. Continue on to the exciting metropolis of Las Vegas. 24 hours of gambling and top-notch shows await you! Alternatively, you can take a trip to the world's largest Harley-Davidson dealership. A new attraction here is 'Dinner in the Sky' (bookable through us!).

Day 15 – Las Vegas – Return flight to Germany
It's time to say goodbye and leave the glittering metropolis behind. Return the bikes and make your own way to the airport! Until next time…

- We recommend that you bring an International Driving Permit. However, this is only valid in conjunction with your national driving license.
