This is the second time I've booked a tour with bikethebest and I'm absolutely thrilled again! In 2016 I did a guided tour on a Harley and this year a self-guided tour in a Ford Mustang convertible.
From the initial quote to everything else related to a trip to America, it was simply perfect! The hotel selection was excellent. Our preferences were taken into account, and Micky's helpful tips optimized and improved the tour.
The roadbook was really well done and easy to navigate. It contained all the documents needed for the trip: flight, hotel, helicopter flight – basically everything booked through bikethebest. It also included suggested routes for each day's journey.
A spectacular natural phenomenon, Hurricane Hilary, disrupted this year's tour at short notice. A heartfelt thank you again to Micky, who, even though it was Sunday in Germany and we absolutely hadn't expected a response, took care of canceling the hotel in Los Angeles and also booking two alternative hotels. That's the sixth (imaginary) star in the Google review.
If another trip to the USA is planned, it will be booked again with bikethebest!
First time doing a self-guided tour. The trip organization by the bikethebest team was excellent. Motorcycle pick-up and drop-off went perfectly. The booked hotels were very good and ideally located.
All in all, another thoroughly successful trip.
