Arrival in Las Vegas: Casinos, shows & nightlife await you. Welcome to Las Vegas, the birthplace of all gambling paradises! After your guide picks you up at the airport, we'll head towards the Strip. Even on the drive, we'll be captivated by the dazzling sea of lights from the casinos and the gigantic illuminated displays. Passing famous icons like the Luxor, Caesars Palace, Mirage, Treasure Island, and others, we'll travel along Las Vegas Boulevard, commonly known as the "Strip," to our hotel. For those who are interested, we'll begin our first tour of the casinos.
Day 2: Las Vegas – Needles along the old Route 66 ((approx. 206 miles)
Our motorcycles will be ready by 9:00 AM. After a short briefing, we'll set off on our first tour. Along the way, you'll see numerous small Western towns like Oatman, a popular stop for many Harley riders. It also evokes memories of the first settlers and miners in the West. The wild burros and the genuine cowboys are looking forward to our visit. After most people left following the gold boom in the early 1900s, time seems to have stood still here. Today, only 100-300 residents live here, along with many wild burros. They come to Oatman every day to beg for food and are a major attraction for the many visitors. A beautiful, lonely road leads us to the California border, where we'll spend the night at one of the most iconic spots on Route 66, the Pirate Cove Resort. Beautiful chalets along the sandy beach of the Colorado River await us. Parts of Easy Rider were filmed here. In this setting, we enjoy the sunset and reflect on the impressions of the first day.
Overnight stay in Needles

After a pleasant breakfast on the terrace, we set off today heading south through Arizona. Just a short distance from Needles, we arrive at Lake Havasu with its famous London Bridge. Following the Colorado River, we pass Parker and continue to Wickenburg. This rather small town with its Mexican flair invites us to stop for lunch. The closer we get to Phoenix, the hotter and drier the air and the landscape become. Only shortly before Phoenix does the flora and fauna change again, and the giant cacti accompany us once more along impressive roads heading south. A dreamy resort in the mountains is our destination before we head to the Hideaway Bar. This rustic saloon caters to up to 2,000 bikers from the metropolis of Phoenix on weekends. Today, we're among them!
Overnight stay in Carefree
6. Tag: Carefree – Arizona Bikeweek
The Arizona sun lures us out of bed early, and we're excited for Arizona Bike Week! The streets of Scottsdale are packed with Harleys and other motorcycles. Here in Arizona, the land of unlimited possibilities, there are almost no limits for bikers. We're right in the heart of the hottest event in the USA. Today we'll spend the whole day at Bike Week, and in the evening we might enjoy a drink by our pool under the palm trees.
Overnight stay in Carefree
Day 5: Carefree – Tucson (approx. 200 miles)
On our journey into the Wild West, not far from the Mexican border, the landscape becomes increasingly bizarre. Endless expanses, bordered by gigantic cacti, adorn our route to Doc Holliday and OK Coral, where the famous gunfight once took place. Our camp for the next two days is the Tanque Verde Ranch, a blend of Wild West horse ranch and comfortable luxury.
Overnight stay in Tucson
Day 6: Tucson – Tombstone – Tucson (approx. 286 miles)
Today, things won't just heat up on the highway. We'll be spending the day exploring Tombstone! This small, historic Western town, where one of the largest silver deposits in the US was discovered in 1877, beckons with the charm of its pioneering past. The silver boom captivated thousands of prospectors, and the gambling halls, brothels, and bars that still stand today sprang up like mushrooms back then. Gunfights and Western shows with horses and carriages are a typical sight here. We'll take the opportunity to drive to the southernmost point of our tour. We're heading to Bisbee, an old mining town, where we'll visit Jennifer's unique Airstream campground, Shady Dell. It's not just the restored and polished campers that evoke the good old days; many of the short-term residents embrace this culture. If time allows, we'll also drive to Chiricahia National Monument. Back at the ranch, we have the opportunity to trade our bikes for real horsepower and venture out onto the prairie for a ride… In the evening, we let the impressions sink in around the campfire.
Overnight stay in Tucson
Day 7: Tucson – Prescott (approx. 300 miles)
On the northbound journey to Prescott, our constant companions, the saguaro cacti, reappear in the magnificent and expansive landscape. We now leave the cowboy atmosphere of the past few days behind us. On the drive towards Prescott, we pass through Scottsdale/Phoenix once more. Here, you'll find unique restaurants and fantastic shops on Main Street! We continue north through sprawling, winding mountain towns towards Prescott. Many of you will find yourselves transported to a dreamlike state, though no one will know which time period it originates from. The moment you see the clock on City Hall, you'll understand the source of that strange feeling of having been here before! Besides the "Back to the Future" exhibit, you'll find "Whisky Row," a collection of numerous historic saloons. In this typical small-town American setting, we savor the history of the Wild West one last time.
Overnight stay in Prescott
Day 8: Prescott – Sedona (approx. 70 miles)
Today, on your way to Jerome, you'll encounter 127 curves over 12 miles. In the legendary hippie town of Jerome, we'll meet our friend Don in his ghost town. He's a "truck addict" and a true legend for all fans of American cars and trucks. At the end of the day, the massive red rocks of Sedona await us, said to possess magical powers for many. Driving along the Red Rock State Park, we'll arrive in this unforgettable, small, and very exclusive town.
Overnight stay in Sedona.
Day 9: Sedona – Kingman (approx. 175 miles)
We begin our day on one of the most beautiful routes in the USA, Scenic Route 89A. A winding road through Oak Creek Canyon and magnificent valleys leads us to the legendary Mother Road and on to Flagstaff. A BBQ awaits us at "route66rider," an old gas station from the 1960s on Old Route 66. In the early afternoon, we drive along historic Route 66, stopping in Williams, Seligman, and Huckbarry, before arriving in Kingman. Overnight stay in Kingman.
Day 10: Kingman – Las Vegas (approx. 100 miles)
One last time on the bikes, we enjoy the vastness and the lonely roads one more time before plunging back into the glittering world of Las Vegas in the afternoon, where we will have plenty of time for shopping.
Day 11: Return flight from Las Vegas to Germany
