The "Las Vegas High Roller," which opened in March 2014, is part of the new shopping and entertainment complex between the Flamingo and The Linq hotels. At 167 meters high, it is currently the world's tallest observation wheel. The wheel has 28 gondolas, each with a capacity of 40 passengers, and takes about half an hour to complete one rotation. The best views are at dusk or at night.
